It's only fitting that I'm on my way out of the Lancaster area and my friends are just now starting to show me their secret spots. I'm kidding, of course. I hadn't heard of the Conestoga house and gardens before, but an afternoon outing to visit it with friends was a nice excuse to throw on a fancy dress and see it now. I was beginning to wonder where I was going to wear this dress and this place couldn't have been more perfect--beautiful gardens, ornate fountains, archways, even a beautiful pool and bathhouse that seems straight out of The Philadelphia Story.
