No visit to New York for me would be complete without a visit to Nina of Family Affairs and a peek at her coming collection. Her full collection hadn't arrived yet, so I only got a peek at what she has in store for spring but it was enough to make me excited. My top picks so far are anything with the adorable kiss print (bonus some of the teeth in the print boast nerd-tastic braces) and everything patchwork. I played dress up in a couple of my favorites and Nina's intern Bryson also donned a couple of pieces for better viewing--clothes just come to life on a person as opposed to a hanger. I can't wait to see the full collection when her lookbook is out and I wouldn't mind adding a couple of these pieces to my closet now.
